Have you met Yeah (prounounced Yay!)? Yes, that is with an exclamation mark because he deserves it. Yeah has done a lot for the country he is from, Mali, West Africa. He was elected Mayor of his village and completely turned around the hearts of the people towards their government. Before Yeah was elected Mayor, 10% of the citizens paid their taxes... at gunpoint! 1 year after being elected Mayor, the people saw what Yeah was doing with their tax money and now 70% of people willingly pay their taxes.
